Refund & Exchange Policy
Regione Siciliana – Your Audio Destination offers you a risk-free shopping experience. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or change your mind, you may request an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of:
- The date of purchase in one of our physical stores (with proof of purchase).
- The date you received the product for online orders placed at regionesicilianait.com.
The 14-day period applies to all audio equipment and accessories purchased from us.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To take advantage of this policy, please:
- Log into your account at regionesicilianait.com or contact the store where you purchased.
- Within 14 days, submit your request via our Returns & Exchanges page or email support@regionesicilianait.com.
- Ship the product back (in original packaging, with all accessories) using a trackable carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or ship a replacement within 14 days.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition, including box, manuals, and all accessories.
- Returned via an accredited carrier with tracking—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
